This page explains what happens to information you share with Jalby Art Studio (“we”, “us”) through jalbyart.com. We keep this simple because the site itself is simple: it does not currently run analytics, tracking cookies, or a database of submitted forms.

What we collect today

Right now, the only way to contact us through the site is by email (jalby.art@gmail.com), reached through mailto links. Whatever you choose to include in that email — your name, company, project details, images — is sent directly to our inbox, the same as any email you’d send us directly. We don’t collect anything automatically when you browse the site.

If this changes

If we later add a contact form, analytics, or cookies to the site, this policy will be updated first to describe what’s collected, why, and how long it’s kept — and, where required, we’ll ask for your consent before anything is collected.

How we use what you send us

Information sent by email is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if a project moves forward, to plan and deliver it. We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email jalby.art@gmail.com.
